Hi,
You are traveling with a pet in the hold to the United States.
If your pet is a dog, please be aware that new restrictions imposed by U.S. health authorities have been
in effect since August 1, 2024. These restrictions affect all airlines.
To arrange the transport of your dog, which must be at least 6 months old, you are required to complete the form mandated by U.S. authorities. This form must be presented electronically
or on paper on the day of your departure.
We encourage you to review the new requirements set by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
In the case of non-compliance with all the CDC requirements, we regret to inform you that boarding will be denied.
