Your child is about to embark aboard flight ${NUMVOL} for an extraordinary journey with French bee, and we know how exciting (and a little nerve-wracking) this can be. Don’t worry, we’re here to take care of your little adventurer every step of the way, from departure to arrival.✈️
Here’s everything you need to know to ensure their flight goes smoothly!

Assistance at the Airport
|
|
As soon as you arrive at the airport, one of our French bee agents will be there to welcome you.
When you arrive at check-in, please proceed to the 'assistance' counter in the check-in area. Boarding usually begins 1 hour and 45 minutes before departure.

|

|
|
|
During the flight, your child will receive special attention. Our crew is trained to ensure their comfort and meet all their needs. We’ll do everything we can to make sure they have a great time onboard!

|
|
|
Don't Forget to Pack in Your child's Bag!

The UM form fully completed. Don’t forget to print 3 copies!
|
|
|
|
|
Their ID (passport or national ID) and, depending on the destination, a visa.
And a photocopy of the ID (national ID or passport) of the signing parent or legal guardian. |

| The authorization to leave the country (AST) for flights outside France (except for Réunion Island). |

|
|

|
For a smooth trip, just keep in mind the following deadlines:

before departure. Once this deadline has passed, we will not be able to let you check-in or drop-off your luggage.

before departure. After your check-in, we invite you to go directly to the bording area. Passengers arriving after this deadline will be denied boarding.
